My room was recently renovated and very modern (a nice touch). the room temperature was also comfortable, even with snow outside. i found parking available and quite easy, always a plus. the hotel location is very convenient. It's an easy walk or bus ride to the city center.

the room was very large and quite comfortable, with great amenities. i was able to leave my bags until departure, which helped . the shower was large and met my needs perfectly, so that was a nice bonus. a kettle for coffee was in the room, and the bed proved very comfy, adding to a great overall experience
the public area felt a bit small. there were many guests waiting with suitcases, so the space felt cramped.

the renovated room provided practical solutions for my stay. it included a kettle refrigerator and sufficient towels. complimentary hygiene products were available in the bathroom too. i found many conveniently placed sockets throughout the room.
I noticed some noise at night. Guests walked around and doors were closing frequently. this interrupted my sleep a little.

I found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the main train station! the nearby river walkways were also very pleasant. zanetti's across the road offered delicious pizza. I visited twice. the reception staff were professional and cute. the managers showed interest in. all were very friendly, but the wi-fi was slow.
The refrigerator in my room did not get very cold. the bathroom door also had some trouble staying open, it kept swinging shut. these small issues detracted slightly from the overall experience. I wish the hotel had addressed them sooner.

the walls seemed thin i could hear noise from other people in the hotel
